Beyond Compliance: Innovative Workplace Strategies for the Future
HSB has partnered with Anderson University to host Beyond Compliance: Innovative Workplace Strategies for the Future, a four-part series geared to business leaders interested in engaging in strategic discussions about current and anticipated issues facing employers. The format of this series is a group discussion among all participants, not a lecture. These discussions are lively, tackling the most complicated issues employers face today, but also exciting because the format encourages open communication.
The last series of Beyond Compliance will focus on What to Pay and When to Pay. This session on December 10 will include an overview of proposed legislation in the 2019-2020 South Carolina Legislative Session, the South Carolina Pay Equity Act. It will also include a discussion of compensation approaches that will create a competitive advantage, yet not break the bank.
- 1.5 Hours of SHRM and HRCI recertification credits
- Choice of two locations – University Center Greenville (8:15-9:45 am) or Anderson University (11:30 am -1 pm)
Registration is open online for the December 10 event.
